- Age: 20-30 (female candidates only)
- A minimum of high school education
- Height requirement: at least 165 cm to 175 cm
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English & Russian languages
- Should be physically fit and able to work under pressure
- Able to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, stress - resistance, and a high attention to detail.
- Ensuring safety on board
- Ensuring a comfortable flight for passengers
- Meeting, accommodating, and providing service to passengers on board the aircraft
- Facilitate and manage passenger’s requests for food and drinks
- Perform preflight briefings
- Complete preflight, in-flight and post flight paperwork
- Providing first aid (if necessary)
- Maintaining a high level of service and a friendly atmosphere
